Bureaucratic and Administrative Assistance

Our Services

    Navigating the Bureaucratic Maze

Dealing with government offices and bureaucratic institutions can be a complex and frustrating process, especially for wounded soldiers, lone soldiers and their families who are already facing significant challenges. The Yishmereni Centre  provides professional assistance in navigating these systems, helping individuals access their rights and communicate effectively with the relevant authorities.

Securing Benefits Through the Ministry of Defense

Wounded soldiers and their families are entitled to a wide range of rights and benefits through the Ministry of Defense. However, many are unaware of the full extent of these benefits or find the process difficult to manage. We assist with understanding available benefits, completing forms, submitting applications and providing guidance throughout rehabilitation-related procedures. Our goal is to ensure that every wounded soldier and family receives the support they are legally entitled to.

    Assistance with Civilian Institutions

In addition to support with the Ministry of Defense, soldiers and former service members may require assistance when dealing with civilian organizations such as the National Insurance Institute, healthcare providers, local authorities and other public agencies. Our team offers guidance throughout these processes, helps prepare documentation, and provides support in communications with relevant institutions, allowing soldiers and their families to focus on recovery and rebuilding their lives.
